I think my enthusiasm for print, particularly letterpress and screen printing, greatly shows in the work I have produced this year. I have intensely experimented in letterpress to push this process beyond its traditional use and explore the relationship between analogue and digital. I have a passion for the slow and obsolete: analogue cameras, hand-bound books and lining up lead type on a galley. My plan is to continue down this road as a print maker, making each project more complex and challenging. I like to think that if you put time and care into producing something hand made and beautiful, its value can’t be knocked.
